Professional both in production and R&D of rubber roller, my company possesses 4 processing workshops and 1 laboratory. Using the advanced production and testing equipment, the annual output of the company is over 4000 tons of roller core of various gauges and 5 billion square centimeter of rubber, totaling of more than 600 million yuan created by around 160 employees of which are 15 management personnels.Our company has strong production capability and professional R&D ability, and a whole set of producing and testing equipment: mixing mill, filter separator, rubber roller winding machine, Polyurethane pouring machine, plate vulcanizing press, numerical universal cylindrical grinding, digital controlled lathe, planer type milling machine, hard-support bearing balancing machine, rubber tension tester etc. to meet the demand of production and testing.
